Deep Yoga is a yin focused style of yoga.

You’ll hold poses for a longer period of time allowing for unique benefits:

Just finished 2nd week of classes . I won’t lie , the 1st few minutes of class I was like “oh heck no! “, but was given modifications of anything I was not able do.

Even though can’t do some of the exercises exactly like the stronger ladies, I am right there beside them pushing myself to what my abilities are.

I really like the smaller class sizes, and the pointers I am given by the trainer, as well as encouragement from the other ladies in the class. Can’t wait until next week classes to see what I am able to do!
