Plan Smart Eat Real Program
NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY

Plan Smart Eat Real

A 12 week nutritional reset program and foodie community. There are three ideas that drive this program:

Idea 1: Forget all the complex “methods” of eating. Learn what repeatable healthy eating is really about.

Idea 2: Learn about you. HOW much do you eat… WHEN do you eat… WHAT emotions drive your food decisions?

Idea 3: Build a meal planning strategy and menu that’s unique to you. Build it over time so you don’t get overwhelmed or frustrated.

Who is Plan Smart Eat Real for?

This is for women who are confused by all of the eating healthy ideas, methods, and strategies.

It’s for busy women who don’t have time to change everything about how they eat all at once.

It’s for women who are sick and tired of all the complexities and they just want to eat healthy.

It’s for women who aren’t scared to look at themselves and understand what drives their food decisions.

This is for women who want to build a healthy food foundation that will last the reset of their life.

Stop Worrying About All The Rules

Just Eat Real Food

How did eating healthy become so complicated?

Let’s see how many eating diets/methods we can quickly list…

  • Ketogenic diet
  • Whole30
  • The million variations on paleo
  • Intermittent fasting
  • Anti-inflammatory diet
  • Probiotic/gut biome diets
  • MLM “buy my shake mix” diets
  • Carnivore diet
  • Vegan
  • Vegetarian
  • Mediterranean diet

I could probably go a a few more, but I think you get the point.

What do all of these “methods” of eating have in common?

Strict Rules

Strict rules with almost no margin of error. Some of them are also short term diets like the shake diets and Whole30 (which I love btw).
Listen. There’s nothing wrong with most of these “methods” of eating. In fact, I’m a regular practitioner of intermittent fasting. I’m paleo for the most part with some Mediterranean tossed in too.

But unless you’re already eating healthy, trying to go straight into one of these strict “methods” of eating like like trying to run a 36 mile ultra marathon in the mountains when you haven’t completed your first 5k yet.

Eating Healthy Is An Emotional Experience.

Eating is a personal experience and today more than ever, a social experience.

It’s one of the major reasons it’s so hard eat healthy for the longterm.

But once you understand how YOU eat on a daily basis and on an emotional basis… you can start to make decisions that make eating healthy easier for you.

For example, can you answer these questions with pinpoint accuracy?

  • Do you know how much actual food (calories) you’re eating on an average day?
  • You may track your food, but are you tracking everything or just the things you want to track?
  • Do you know how much sugar you’re eating?
  • Do you understand your bad habits?
  • Do you know what specific emotions drive your eating?
  • Can you pinpoint when peer pressure causes you to eat unhealthy or healthy?

As you can see, this a lot more than meal planning or cooking healthy recipes.

These are deep topics…

And that’s why I created Plan Smart Eat Real.

I believe in eating real food and NOT being perfect.

Food that isn’t over processed. Food that’s not pre-packaged. Food where you don’t know how it’s prepared or what’s in it.

I believe you should eat real food 90% of the time.

Eat your favorite “cheat” meals the other 10% of the time.

If you do this, you’ll burn your unhealthy body fat. You’re energy will be through the roof. You’ll sleep better. Your workouts will be 10X more effective. And you won’t have to follow strict rules, unless you want to.

When you have a solid grasp of eating healthy foods then you can experiment. Then you can get granular without getting overwhelmed.

This isn’t just a bunch of recipes… not even close!

It starts with a 12 week reset program.

This is not your typical nutrition or meal planning program.

Of course there’s a lot of recipes (over 100)…

And yes, you will learn to meal plan and prep…

But this is about YOU. How do you eat and why? What drives the decisions you make and what influences you?

  • Eating healthy isn’t about the recipes. There are million of those on the Internet.
  • Eating healthy isn’t about meal planning. That’s easy enough.
  • Eating healthy is about coming to grips with you and what’s important to you.

That’s how you succeed with food.

The Road Map:

Weeks 1 to 3: Learn

This is the MOST important part of the entire program. If you don’t know where you are right now, you’ll get lost trying to get where you want to be.

You’ll learn things like:

  • How much are you really eating?
  • What are you really eating and when?
  • Do emotions drive you to eat when you don’t want to.

Plus a lot more

Weeks 4: Minimize the Bad

I hate focusing on elimination, but you have to get rid of the crap in your diet. It’s necessary.

Don’t worry though. This is not going to be a let’s give up the crap in one feel swoop. You will ease into giving up the junk food so over time you it becomes easy.

You’ll learn about a process I call Fit Quickies. Small, focused action items that make changing your bad habits much easier.

Weeks 5 to 12: Meal Planning

Just like everything else you’ll do to this point, you’ll slowly ease into meal planning.

I take a different approach. You’ll focus on breakfast first. Once you master your breakfast recipes, then lunches. After you master your lunches, it’s dinner time. Finally desserts and snacks.

This step-by-step approach makes is easier to use the recipes in real life when your morning are busy… when your nights are short… and when lunch is rushed.

I’m not going to lie to you. Learning and resetting how you eat will be TOUGH.

So I decided to put this program into a Facebook Group.

I wanted a central place where you can:

  • Get updates on new recipes I add on a weekly basis… and you can add your own too!
  • Ask questions about calorie counting… how to use My Fitness Pal… or why low fat is not a good thing.
  • Share where your food life get’s hard… like at work where junk food is around every corner… so we can build strategies to overcome these issues.
  • Ask how we use gadgets like the Instapot for quick meal prepping.
  • Connect with other women who go through similar issues you do… like husbands who refuse to eat healthy.
  • Celebrate your successes and share the strategies you used to make them happen.
  • Share food stories about a restaurant you went to… your favorite wines…
  • Plus I’ll host LIVE video calls to answer your questions so we can connect on a more personal level.

Just like exercise, it takes a sisterhood to eat healthy.

1. Are your recipes gluten free?
Yes, all of my recipes are gluten free. Every single one!
2. Do you support vegan's with this program?
Unfortunately no. I do have vegan recipes but most of my recipes are not vegan.

I also don’t provide vegan alterations for the recipes.

Sorry, but if you’re vegan, this isn’t the nutrition program for you.

3. I'm more advanced, will this challenge me?
Yes. You will be challenged.

But I think you’ll need to make sure you always workout with me.

I will push you hard and if you can keep up with me, you will get the challenge you deserve.

If you join and it’s not demanding enough for you, you can get a refund or switch to harder program like Strong.

4. Is this really free?
Yes, if you’re reading this, you get this for free and it will always stay free.

This will not always be the case. Soon, this program will be $97 or an additional $10 per month on top of the current monthly $19.95.

So if you are reading this, take advantage and purchase one of my programs and get started!

5. Are you really going to be the one helping me?
Yes. I will be helping coach you and I’ll answer your questions.

I am a certified nutritionist through Venice nutrition and I am always continuing my education.

I love food science. It’s a real passion of mine.

I used to be a DVD addict. I met Kindal when I found the very first fitness website she put up.

I did phone coaching with her and she helped me discover a new style of training that was faster… more demanding… and a lot more fun.

I transformed my body and fell in love with fitness. I’m a personal trainer now and helping women in my community get fit and strong!
