During a workout you'll learn to run at your level so how you compare to other’s doesn’t matter. This is about teaching you to run correctly, efficiently, and safely.

If you’re more advanced, you’ll learn stride and posture improvements to run faster. Then you’ll be challenged with speed drills to unleash your new skills.
