I am going to host a Facebook LIVE event on December 17th to talk about the Challenge and help you get the best start to your New Year whether you join or not.

1. Do I need to come by the studio before my first class?
No. You don’t need to come by the studio before the start of the challenge, unless you want to.

You’re welcome to stop by before if you’d like to meet the trainers and/or see the studio but you don’t have to.

2. Do I need to arrive early to my first class?
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get yourself settled in and ready to begin.

When you register for the challenge, you’ll complete all your paperwork online, so all you have to do is come in and be ready to get started.

3. Do I have to sign up for classes?
Yes. Classes sizes are limited to ensure everyone gets the best workout experience and personalized attention.

But registration is extremely easy.

As long as space is available, you can register up until class time and even unregister if something happens and you can’t make class.

4. I’m going out of town, will I lose those classes?
Classes aren’t done on a weekly basis. Upon signing up, you’ll have a total number of classes (that you choose) which can be broken up however you want. You’ll have 8 full weeks to use your classes.

Classes do not carry over after 8 weeks.

5. What happens at the end of the 8 weeks? Will I be automatically entered into a membership?
Absolutely not. There are no contracts or commitments beyond your 8 week challenge.

We hope you decide to stay on and continue to get amazing results. But if you feel it’s not for you, you’ll be able to walk away without breaking any contracts.

If you decide you love the studio, just let us know what membership you’d like and we’ll help you get set up as a regular TTF member.

6. What do I need for my 1st class?
Just a small towel and a big bottle of water!

Oh, and an excited, positive attitude!

7. I’m really out of shape… will I be okay?
Yes! We make sure to provide an atmosphere to make all levels of fitness comfortable.

Classes are small and coached by certified personal trainers who will work with you to give you the attention and workout you need with modifications and support.
