A strength training and healthy living studio for women.
Getting started is the most important first step. But coming to a studio can be scary.
That’s why we're doing Fall Into Fitness.
This is a 6 week challenge to help you build the right exercise habits... nutrition habits... and mental habits to melt fat and get your first big win.
Maybe that’s losing 12 pounds... dropping two clothing sizes... or doing 8 straight pushups...
Fall Into Fitness gives you the weekly plans to succeed and build momentum.
Choose from our huge weekly schedule of 29 classes.
During every workout, you’ll get one-on-one help to push you… to guide you through modifications… to correct form… and make sure you get the best workout possible.
This is as close to one-on-one personal training as you can get.
Most women get too complicated too fast and this leads to frustration… guilt… and confusion.
Small, consistent changes have the biggest impact.
I’ll share with you my Food Substitution guide to help you make smart decisions over the 6 weeks.

Every week you’ll get one fitness challenge and one nutrition challenge to accelerate your fat loss… build more strength… and create new healthy habits.
Don’t worry each challenge is small and takes only 20 seconds... maybe a couple minutes to complete.
Our most successful women participate in the community. When you engage, you have more fun… you make friends… and hold yourself accountable.
To complete the challenge you’ll need to post in our private Facebook Group at least two times per week.

Fall Into Fitness is a special group of women who go through a 6 weeks period together. If you join Fall Into Fitness, you’re only obligated to the 6 weeks of the program.
The cost is the same as our normal membership since you’ll attend normal classes. The two most popular plans cost $127 per month and $155 per month.
After Fall Into Fitness, if you want to stay a member, sign up for our normal membership options which are all month to month.
Missing a class or two will happen. But just make up your classes before your 6 weeks is over.
Add in an extra weekend class. Or maybe an extra class during the week.
No. You'll attend the same classes as the rest of our members.
Don't worry though. You'll receive a HIGH level of one-on-one attention during class.
Fall Into Fitness is a separate group of women. You'll have private access to an Fall Into Fitness Facebook Group and special training directly from me.
Once a month, we'll do a special Saturday workshop for Fall Into Fitness members only where we'll go over form... positions... and mobility... and cement the ideas you've been learning during your classes.
Bring a water bottle. We have water foutains... but it's easier to fill up and bring your water bottle around the room as you workout.
Bring a towel. You will sweat a lot and it helps to wipe if off.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have mats for you, but if you would rather not use a mat somebody else touched... bring your own.
Bring a positive attitude. You will be challenged. Being excited, determinded, and energized will make ALL the difference. Come ready to have fun and kick some butt.
No. You don't need to arrive extra early for your first class.
I would recommend arriving 5 minutes early so when the class before ends... you're ready to immediately start.
You'll get all the personal attention you can handle during your first class... so don't worry about that!
