3. Can I come and see the studio?
Just keep in mind, the sessions starts on August 20th and I’m only taking 20 women right now.
So lock in your spot before they are all taken.
4. Will I stick out like sore thumb and hold up class?
What makes our studio and Body Burn class so amazing is we train you.
We don’t just run you through a workout. We assess you as you workout… make modifications… work on positions…
It’s impossible to hold class up no matter how out of shape you are.

5. Is yoga a separate membership?
I highly recommend you use one of your classes with yoga.
We even have a running class on Tuesdays you can join if you’re interested in learning to run.
6. Will I get big and bulky?
First off, you biologically can’t get big and bulky without the help of outside substances.
Second, while we focus on strength training a lot… we mix it up too much between maximal strength training and endurance strength training to ever focus on pure muscle size.
Our goal is to get insanely FIT. To make life easier to life…
Not to ever build size for the sake of size.
Don’t get me wrong though. You will shape muscle definition and look amazing.
