Athletic Recovery Yoga

A restorative yoga class to improve joint mobility, range or motion, and help you recover faster from intense workouts and your daily life.

Strength is one of the most important things for women.

Being strong means you have lean muscle mass to help you appear years younger… to improve bone density and strength… and to increase your natural energy levels. Strength is vital.

BUT… recovering from strength workouts creates tight, knotty muscles that cause minor joint pain.

Yoga is the perfect combination to a metabolic workout. In only one class a week, you can drastically improve blood flow through your body helping you recover faster.

Yoga helps flexibility… joint mobility… range of motion… and helps you de-stress and quiet your mind.

This Is
body burn amped class

A 60 minute vinyasa flow class that will help you improve your range of motion through all joints, recover faster from workouts and life, and finally help you de-stress and focus on yourself.

As a member, here’s the plan:
Reserve Your Yoga Spot In Class

Step 1: Pick one yoga class to attend every week or at least every other week.

We currently offer three Athletic Recovery Yoga classes during the week. Two on the weekends so there’s an option to fit your schedule.

Step 2: Reserve your spot in class

Use our scheduling app (ZenPlanner) to reserve your spot in class in less than 40 seconds.

Step 3: Show up and get bendy!

It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes, you can do this class. This isn’t an advanced class with insane poses or inversions.

Rejuvinate Your Body

BLOOD FLOW

Yoga increases blood flow through your muscles and joints. This restores muscle length and joint range of motion.

BETTER RESULTS

Yoga is a smarter way to recovery. This will help your body get more from your strength workouts and better results.

Tight COMMUNITY

You’ll make friends who you get to sweat with, push hard with, and laugh about life with. It’s like a fitness sorority.

#1 - You show up for your session and you’ll have Jen.

Jen is a 200 hour yoga certified instructor. She’s also getting her degree in physical therapy so her knowledge of the human body is complete.

#2 - Every session is a new progression and flow.

Every class will stretch on your entire body but focus on specific problem areas. You will always leave feeling fluid and free.

#3 - You’ll be part of the This Time sorority.

You’ll get access to our private Facebook Group. You can ask questions about your journey to make sure you overcome any obstacles that get in your way.

Plus you’ll get to hang out with the most amazing members.
