1. I’m just getting back into exercise… can I still do this?
Yes. This is the ideal for you because we can train you. We’ll show you how to do every workout to your level of fitness.

Not only will this make every workout tough but doable… but you’ll learn every time and improve faster without getting frustrated… without being made to feel weak or like you’re not enough.

2. What if I don’t know how to do certain exercises? Can I keep up?
Yes. First off, we train and teach you how to do every exercise correctly… even if you think you already know how to do them.

If you’re more advanced, you’ll learn how to do harder versions of exercises or completely new exercises like kettlebell training.

In our classes you can’t fall behind ever. This is about you getting the best workout for your body… regardless of what others are doing around you.

3. Can my spouse come if he's a guy?
Yes. Men are not only welcome but encouraged to come to yoga with you.

Make it a weekend ritual to get to a yoga class for the week. Your body will feel insanely better.

4. Will I get big and bulky?
No. You will not get big and bulky. It’s nearly impossible for a woman to get big in bulky without the outside of help of hormones and supplements.

What you will notice is as you lose body fat, you will see muscle definition. Your arms will develop muscle but they won’t grow out of control. Your legs will firm up and develop curves and tone. Your butt will perk up and maybe get bigger too.
