Hi, I’m Kindal.

I started training women in Charleston over a decade ago. I use to run boot camps for women out of karate studios… churches… apartment buildings… parks… you name it.

But I’ve always wanted a studio of my own. I wanted to train women to get strong… to be bold… and embrace a more hardcore style of confidence.

To me, that meant NO FRANCHISES!

I didn’t want to buy a franchise and be told what to do by some corporate office in New York or LA.

I didn’t want to be told how to layout my studio and what equipment I could and could not purchase.

I didn’t want to be the hot thing one minute… and the has been the next…

I wanted full control.

I wanted to actually help women transform their body… understand their body… and build the skills for lifelong health.

So I opened This Time Fitness!

About Our Studio

A group class is not personal training. But we try to make every class feel that way.

In general our classes are a mix of high intensity cardio and strength training. Your heart rate will get high… your muscles will burn… and you will torch fat while getting strong at the same time.

Because we have total control over our studio, we design workouts based on goals.

Some workouts will be SLOW and HEAVY… a day focused on strength, form, and learning.

Some workouts will be FAST and LIGHT… a day of go – go – go – go… give me everything you got.

Some workouts will mix and match both.

Every workout is different and every workout will hit you in a new way.

My husband, Dan, and I have designed workouts for Shape magazines, Women’s Health and Fitness magazine in Australia and for dozens of trainers across the country.

This is our main studio class. A class based on functional strength training and hardcore cardio. Learn more about it and come in to try us out before you join.

Athletic Recovery Yoga

Athletic Recovery Yoga

We offer two yoga classes during the weekend. It’s the perfect time to recovery your body and mentally prepare for the coming week. Learn more because yoga is included in membership.

This is a free workout we do on Saturday mornings. It’s meant to be a little harder… more running… stadiums… and strength. You can bring your spouse and come enjoy a great workout.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if I miss a class or can’t make my classes for the week?
If you miss a class, that’s okay. You can come to any class you want. So if you end up missing a full week… you can still make up your classes during the next week.
2. How much does this cost?
On the next page, I have all of the pricing options. But the price per class starts at only $10.17.

Even if you can’t make our in-person classes at this moment, I have an online version of Ignite that starts at only $19.95 per month. So no matter what’s going on in your life right now… I will help you get fit.

3. Can I come and see the studio?
Yes! I would love for you to come into the studio. In fact, come in for a free class and see what we’re all about.

Just keep in mind, the sessions starts on August 20th and I’m only taking 20 women right now.

So lock in your spot before they are all taken.

4. Will I stick out like sore thumb and hold up class?
Not even close!

What makes our studio and Body Burn class so amazing is we train you.

We don’t just run you through a workout. We assess you as you workout… make modifications… work on positions…

It’s impossible to hold class up no matter how out of shape you are.

Just get in here and let’s start getting you in the best shape of your life!

5. Is yoga a separate membership?
No. Yoga is included. It counts as one of your classes. So you can use your membership to hit your goals.

I highly recommend you use one of your classes with yoga.

We even have a running class on Tuesdays you can join if you’re interested in learning to run.

6. Will I get big and bulky?
No. It’s impossible.

First off, you biologically can’t get big and bulky without the help of outside substances.

Second, while we focus on strength training a lot… we mix it up too much between maximal strength training and endurance strength training to ever focus on pure muscle size.

Our goal is to get insanely FIT. To make life easier to life…

Not to ever build size for the sake of size.

Don’t get me wrong though. You will shape muscle definition and look amazing.
